2 General Platform Rules

It is the sole responsibility of advertisers to ensure that all posted content — including titles, descriptions, photos, pricing, and contact details — adheres strictly to the laws of Bangladesh. Varadibo acts solely as an intermediary online marketplace and disclaims liability for the veracity or legality of user-generated listings.

Advertisers warrant that their advertisements do not violate third-party intellectual property, privacy, or contractual rights, and release Varadibo from any claims arising out of the published listings.

3 User Conduct & Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old or under guardian supervision to enter into rental contracts.
• You must safeguard your account login credentials and not share OTP verification codes with anyone.
• You must not post fraudulent, deceptive, offensive, spam, or duplicate advertisements.
• Users must not harvest or scrape platform data or attempt to compromise server infrastructure.

4 Intellectual Property

By submitting photos and information on Varadibo, advertisers grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, promote, and index the content across our website, mobile interface, and promotional channels.

The Varadibo brand, logos, software codebase, layout designs, and visual identity are the exclusive property of Varadibo and are protected by applicable intellectual property regulations.

5 Limitation of Liability

Varadibo is a marketplace facilitating connections between landlords/owners and prospective renters. Varadibo does not own, manage, or inspect the physical condition of properties or items advertised. We are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or contractual damages resulting from transactions conducted between users.
